Booking a Taxi from the Airport?
When you book your car either online or through our call centre you will be asked for 4 things:
- Time and date you need your car: Be careful to tell us your landing time and date, the ticket will tell you the departure details.
- Which airport and which terminal will you be landing in
- Your flight number so we can monitor your flight and arrive at the time you land. This is an important piece of information as it will let us know if we need to make any adjustments when you are in flight.
Our ‘Hold Off Time’ service:
A service that is unique to Apollo. We communicate with you prior to your flight so we can get an understanding of how long you may need upon arrival at the terminal. Travelling with hand luggage only? You may only need 15 minutes… Or you may need to claim your baggage which perhaps might take a little longer.
At Apollo, we make sure there is no confusion. Let us know when you need us and we’ll be there. The process is simple and relaxed whilst keeping parking fees to a minimum.
